Therapeutic indications
Diseases of various etiologies of the peripheral nervous system, for example neuritis, polyneuropathy (eg diabetic and alcoholic polyneuropathy), retrobulbar neuritis, facial nerve palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, root syndromes, shingles, cervico-brachial syndrome and others.
It is also used as an adjuvant or in convalescence.
Doses and method of administration
Single dose and daily dose
In acute, severe and painful conditions, 1 ampoule of Milgamma N is initially administered daily to achieve high plasma concentrations. After overcoming the acute and painful phase, as well as in less severe cases, it is recommended to administer 1 ampoule of Milgamma N 2-3 times a week.
Type and duration of use:
The solution for injection is given deep intramuscularly. In the interval between administrations, for the continuation of the treatment or in less severe cases, the administration of 3 - 4 Milgamma N capsules or Milgamma dragees daily.
As an adjunct or in convalescence, the daily administration of 1-2 capsules is recommended Milgamma N or Milgamma dragees.
Side effects
In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions (rash, urticaria, shock), neurological disorders (high doses of B6), transient hypotension may occur.
